Not for use as a disinfection solution

 

To open for the first time:

1. Unscrew the cap, and discard the safety ring
2. After removing the safety ring, screw in the cap tightly until the cone pin punctures the bottle tip and breaks the seal. The cone pin will also reseal the opened bottle.

 

Intended use:

Buffered Saline is used as a rinsing solution for soft contact lenses after cleaning, disinfecting and before wearing and as a storage medium in the thermal case for heat disinfection. 

 

Storage medium in thermal case for Heat Disinfection: 

Rinse the thermal case thoroughly with solution first before filling thermal case with solution for heat disinfection.

 

Rinsing after cleaning and disinfection:

After cleaning and disinfection, rinse the lens thoroughly with Buffered Saline Solution for 5 seconds on each side either on the palm using the forefinger of other hand or between the thumb and forefinger until debris is removed.

 

This solution should be used in accordance with your practitioner's instructions as:

1. A rinsing solution for soft and hard contact lenses after cleaning, disinfecting and before wearing
2. A storage medium in the thermal case for heat disinfection

 

Content:

Buffered Saline is a sterile, isotonic, buffered aqueous solution containing Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Boric acid, Potassium Monophosphate and Edetate Disodium (EDTA).

Compatible with all soft contact lenses

Isotonic and buffered for maximum comfort

Specially sealing for maximum protection of solution

 

Precautions:

Do not mix with other fluids except as directed

Do not use if tamper-evident packaging was damaged

Do not use concurrently with any eye medication except on medical advice

If irritation occurs, stop usage and consult a doctor immediately

Do not touch bottle tip to the eye or any surface

Replace cap tightly and immediately after use

Once opened, discard any unused solution after 30 days

Sotre at room temperature (15 to 30 degrees celsius)

Protect from direct sunlight

Keep out of reach of children

Do not use as a disinfection solution

Do not use water to rinse the contact lens. 

 

Contraindictions(Reasons not to use):

Do not use if allergic to any of the declared ingredients in the product
